We perform colony picking and plasmid prepping for internal and external users. We charge $0.60/colony internal ($0.50 Cancer Center), and $0.75/colony external. If sequencing is requested, those reactions are done at the high throughput price ($2 internal, $1.70 Cancer Center, and $3 external per reaction). We provide an Excel spreadsheet for the information (please drag the link to your desktop, then drag it to Excel), which should be e-mailed back to us at DNACore@DNAServer.bsd.uchicago.edu. Please rename the returned spreadsheet file with your last name and the date.
